Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection system design in an engineering consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, BS, MS and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in engineering design, calculations, technical documentation, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations, specifications and drawings.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and assessments to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural and BIM teams.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings and technical queries during project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards and local authority requirements.
