Job summary

Alam Aliran Kualiti (m) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a PLC programmer to design, develop, and modify PLC software for industrial machinery in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and modify PLC programs for industrial machinery.
Perform machine commissioning, testing, and start-up activities.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and instrumentation.
Upgrade existing automation systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
Develop and maintain PLC programs for sludge dewatering systems.
Control filter presses, centrifuges, pumps, dosing systems, agitators, conveyors, and valves.
Improve automation for sludge handling and wastewater treatment processes.
