We are looking for a warm, imaginative, and reflective educator who loves working with young children and believes learning should be joyful, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate.
Build positive, nurturing relationships with young children through basic discussions, storytelling, and creative play, supporting their social, emotional, and intellectual growth in preparation for future formal learning.
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for whole classes or small groups, aligned with the Kinderkaizen curriculum modules, while adapting activities to suit children’s interests and developmental needs.
Facilitate regular discussions and guided reflections with children to help them understand lesson content in a fun, age-appropriate way.
Ensure all lesson planning and classroom activities are developed in accordance with Kinderkaizen content and philosophy.
Observe, document, and track each child’s development based on established milestones, using insights to inform future lesson planning.
Supervise and care for children both inside and outside the classroom, including outdoor activities or field trips, ensuring safety and clear boundaries at all times.
Prepare assessments and individual learning journeys for key children, highlighting progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
Work closely with the Principal to engage in continuous reflection on themes, lesson effectiveness, child behavior, and developmental progress.
