Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Material) or equivalent.
Has experience working in Plating.
Possess at least 1-3 years working experiences in overall Plating Production Operation.
Possess strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and effective analytical problem solving skills.

To supervise & lead daily production teams.
To maintain, control and monitor progress of preventive or corrective action including troubleshooting taken on overall plating production.
Support line maintenance.
To provide daily production report.
Experience in overall facility activities including Maintenance, WWTP, and Scrubber operation is an advantage.
