Job summary

Puncak AI Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead multiple software development teams and ensure the successful delivery of products, platforms, and customer implementations. You will own engineering roadmaps and release schedules.

You will remove delivery bottlenecks, manage cloud and DevOps environments, and work closely with Delivery Managers, Architects, Product Owners, and business leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

Minimum 12–15 years in software engineering.
Minimum 5 years managing engineering teams.
Experience leading teams of 30+ engineers.
Experience managing cloud platforms and modern DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

Lead software development teams across multiple projects.
Ensure successful delivery of products, platforms, and customer implementations.
Own engineering roadmaps and release schedules.
Remove delivery bottlenecks and resolve escalations.
Translate business priorities into engineering execution plans and provide updates to CTO and executives.
