Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to handle accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate monthly camp financial records in accounting systems.
• Prepare financial reports and monthly statements.
• Liaise with departments to close monthly accounts on time.
• Maintain documentation and resolve discrepancies for all financial transactions.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Coordinate procurement with camp operations and budgets.
