Job summary

PGEO Group is seeking a Production Operator in Malaysia to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and process systems, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

The role involves monitoring process parameters, performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting quality checks while adhering to GMP, Food Safety and EHS requirements. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, refinery, edible oils, palm oil processing, or production plant operation is an advantage.
• Diploma Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production plant equipment and process systems.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and tank levels.
• Perform routine inspections and equipment checks.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and report abnormalities.
• Conduct product sampling and quality checks.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, Food Safety, and EHS requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and operating logs.
• Participate in 5S and housekeeping activities.
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
