Job summary

The role focuses on safety, maintenance coordination, and team development; the successful candidate will ensure reliability, cost containment, and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows
• Manage shift schedules
• Achieve production targets
• Enforce health, safety and environmental rules on the floor
• Coordinate equipment checks and repairs to minimize downtime
• Train new workers, assign tasks, and guide staff performance
