Job summary

Role involves leading maintenance improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant uptime. You will plan and execute plant engineering projects, modify equipment, and upgrade facilities to drive productivity and safety.

Additional responsibilities include identifying continuous improvement opportunities, conducting failure analyses, and managing projects with budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant uptime.
• Plan and execute plant engineering projects, equipment modifications, and facility upgrades.
• Drive process engineering initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across plant operations.
• Conduct equipment failure analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage engineering projects including planning, budgeting, contractors, timelines, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) activities by providing engineering solutions and improving process capability.
• Ensure compliance with established ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety Management System requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
