Job summary

The role involves organizing spare parts, managing PM spare parts lists, planning and executing maintenance improvement projects, and leading cross‑functional teams through BOM, procurement, scheduling, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a engineering discipline as listed.
• 2–3 years in related maintenance/plant engineering field; fresh graduates accepted for entry level.
• Familiar with maintenance and equipment spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Maintenance Team for monthly preventive maintenance planning.
• Organize spare part lists and procurement for PM activities.
• Plan and manage maintenance improvement projects and equipment installations.
• Lead cross‑departmental improvement initiatives and document outcomes.
• Support safety, environmental, and welfare compliance.
