Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an industrial electrician with duties as an electrical controls technician.
• Clear communication with supervisors and peers via phone, writing, or in person.
• Ability to identify operational errors and assist in resolving them.
• Team-oriented work approach and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance activities safely and timely in accordance with procedures and planning to ensure plant uptime and productivity
• Inspect, repair, maintain, and record electrical systems according to procedures and safety standards
• Inspect, repair, maintain, and record plumbing systems and general amenities according to procedures and safety standards
• Inspect, repair, maintain and record defects or malfunctions of the staff house/dormitory
• Attend to issues and complaints pertaining to common property and perform necessary general inspection and maintenance
• Assist and support the development of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and execute PM and CM programs accordingly
• Maintain professional and effective teamwork with maintenance and production members and ensure all activities are recorded and properly organized
• Manage and organize spare parts and consumables inventory according to the maintenance plan
• Report to maintenance executive for 3rd party contractor intervention and monitor 3rd party maintenance activities as instructed
• Support production department when urgent assistance is required
