Job summary

IntelliPro seeks a Plant Director to lead all plant operations, including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, materials, planning and engineering. You will direct senior managers, set priorities, and drive productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee production planning, capacity, new product transfers, and the plant budget while ensuring ISO and EHS compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing is a plus.
• Senior management or plant leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and EHS standards.
• Strong planning, decision-making and delegation skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We have recently partnered with MNC client that specialize in manufacturing of PCBA board. The company growing and currently looking for a Plant Director as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

• Lead overall plant operations, including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, materials, planning and engineering, to meet output, delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Direct and develop a team of department managers and set clear goals and priorities for each function.
• Drive productivity, process yield and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Oversee production planning, capacity planning, order processing and on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure smooth transfer of new products from development to mass production.
• Plan and manage the plant budget, capacity, equipment and manpower, and lead cost-saving programmes
• Oversee supporting functions, including Finance, MIS, HR, Administration and Facilities.
• Ensure the quality management system complies with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements.
• Lead Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and all related legal requirements.
• Chair the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) programme and appoint the management representative for the quality management system

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience working in PCBA manufacturing companies will be added advantage.
• Possess substantial experience at senior management or plant leadership level.
• Proven track record of leading multiple departments and managers to achieve business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and industry quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485) and EHS standards.
• Strong planning, decision-making and delegation skills.
• Good analytical, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills.
