Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate end-to-end planning, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing inventory across multiple sites. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, and contract manufacturers to align production and shipment strategies.

The role leverages ERP systems for inventory tracking and supplier scheduling, with opportunities to participate in new product introductions and transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree (or University Degree) or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years' relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning to balance customer delivery and inventory.
• Interface with Marketing, Sales, Production, Finance, Logistics, and CM/ODM to align plans.
• Use ERP systems for inventory tracking, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and partners to support production needs.
• Coordinate new product introductions (NPI) and product transfers where needed.
• Support multi-site or global inventory management as required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels.
• Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc. Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners.
• May be responsible for coordinating new product introduction (NPI), product transfer and new supply chain setup including assuring materials, labor and test capacity are in place to meet volume production.
• May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities.
• May partner with Sales and Marketing to develop factory support processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.
• Works on production planning assignments with clearly defined objectives. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity
