Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planner III in Malaysia to oversee materials planning and production scheduling. The role requires coordinating with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate system data.

Responsibilities include monitoring forecasts, renewing material plans with suppliers, and working with quality engineers to resolve non-conforming materials. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in relevant engineering or science field as listed above.
• Experience requirements per education type: diploma with 8+ years, bachelor with 5+ years.
• Preferably in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Parts maintenance checking before project kick in.
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers' delivery commits.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Systems data maintenance and integrity, key in purchase parts and fabrication parts correctly.
• Identify possible production bottlenecks and implement contingencies.
• Work with vendors on completion of new revision material or temporary change orders.
• Renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and liaise with suppliers.
• Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment.
• Review reports daily with purchasing department.
• Coordinate with quality engineers on any non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers.
• Attend production meetings and other communications to provide updates.
• Generate management reports and other assigned activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Parts maintenance checking before project kick in

• Co-ordinate with other departments includingBuyer, Operations, Programme and Warehousefor on-time delivery

• To renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers accordingly.

• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose
• Generate management report and other activities as assigned by Superior

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering At least 5 years working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering with At least 8 years working experience
• Preferably in manufacturing environment
• No fear of paper works and system update
