The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening planning processes, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing overall supply chain responsiveness and execution. **Work Location: ONSITE – Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.** **Key Responsibilities:**Ensure timely flow of consignment material requirements to CM based on demand changes or production shifts.Any other duties as assigned. **Qualifications & Competencies:**At least 5–7 years of experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain Management, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems; experience with Oracle/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Experience working directly with Contract Manufacturers or outsourced production partners. Knowledge of consignment inventory processes and controls.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
