The Physiotherapist will assess patients' physical conditions, movement, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations. You will conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate individual treatment plans, providing treatments such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, strengthening exercises, and other appropriate modalities.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions, movement, strength, flexibility, and functional limitations
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop appropriate individual treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy treatments such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, strengthening exercises, and other appropriate modalities
- Manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative conditions, back and neck pain, joint problems, and other physical impairments
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans according to their response and clinical condition
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercises, posture, body mechanics, home exercises, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient treatment records and documentation
- Ensure all physiotherapy equipment is properly used, maintained, and kept in good working condition
- Communicate and collaborate with doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals regarding patients' care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with the clinic's policies on personal data protection
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
- Registered with the relevant professional authority, where applicable
- Valid practising certificate/licence, where applicable
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Responsible, patient-oriented, professional, and compassionate
- Willing to work according to the clinic's operating schedule, including weekends or public holidays when required
