Job summary

Cardiac Vascular Sentral (Kuala Lumpur) Sdn. Bhd. (CVSKL) seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support dispensing duties, patient service, and medication handling in a renowned private cardiac and vascular centre.

You will label, order, endorse, check, and collect assembled prescriptions while adhering to protocols and environmental regulations. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Pharmacy with at least two years of hospital experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain treatments to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience preferably in a hospital setting.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain clearly to the patients.
• Able to converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing duties include labelling, ordering, endorsing, checking and collecting of assembled prescriptions.
• Attending to patients and giving out prescriptions as outlined in the protocol.
• Replaces floor stock medications after verification of the appropriate charge documents and prescriptions received from user departments.
• To ensure correct disposal of all returned medication, complying with environmental health regulations.
• To perform proper documentation and filling for compliance with the statutory.
• To establish and maintain regular communication and good relationship with all medical staff, departmental heads, and other healthcare team members.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by superior.
