Job summary

HTM Pharmacy Group in Seri Manjung seeks a friendly Retail/Pharmacy Assistant to help customers choose products and process purchases. You will support pharmacists with dispensing, stock, and merchandising, delivering high quality service to enhance growth.

We welcome fresh graduates; training is provided. Fluency in Malay and English, with Mandarin a plus, will help serve a diverse customer base. This is a full‑time role with opportunities for promotion and caring team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or pharmacy environment is a plus.
• Ability to assist with dispensing and accuracy in handling medications.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products
• Sell, restock, and merchandise to maximise revenue
• Assist with drug dispensing by measuring, compounding, packaging
• Prepare and package prescription medications after pharmacist consultation
• Maintain prescription and inventory records
• Maintain proper medicine storage and security
• Place and receive stock orders
