Job summary

HTM Pharmacy Group is seeking a Retail/Pharmacy Assistant to assist customers in identifying and purchasing products. You will support drug dispensing, manage prescriptions, and keep inventory records at the Ayer Tawar, Perak location.

Fresh graduates are encouraged and training will be provided. The role requires good attention to detail and the ability to work in a multilingual environment (Malay, English, or Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged; training will be provided.
• Proven experience as a pharmacist assistant preferred.
• Proficiency in 2+ languages: Malay, English or Mandarin dialects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drug dispensing by measuring, compounding, packaging, and distributing medications.
• Gather and enter customer information in the computer system.
• Prepare and package prescriptions after pharmacist consultation.
• Maintain prescription and inventory records.
• Maintain storage and security of medicines.
• Place and receive stock orders to maintain inventory.
