Job summary

HTM Pharmacy Group is seeking a competitive Retail/Pharmacy Assistant in Malaysia to help customers identify and purchase products, with duties including selling, restocking, and merchandising. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

You will assist with dispensing, gather customer information, and maintain prescription and inventory records, while communicating in Malay, English, or Mandarin to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged; training will be provided.
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Proficiency in Malay, English or Mandarin sufficient for customer service

Responsibilities

• Assist with drug dispensing by measuring, compounding, packaging, and distributing medications.
• Sell, restock and merchandise to customers.
• Gather and enter customer information into the computer system.
• Prepare and package prescriptions after pharmacist consultation.
• Maintain prescription and inventory records.
• Place and receive stock orders to maintain inventory.
• Provide high-class customer service to drive sales growth.
