Job summary

HTM Pharmacy Group is recruiting a Retail/Pharmacy Assistant to help customers select and purchase products. The role involves selling, restocking, and merchandising, with responsibilities in dispensing support, data entry, and stock management while delivering high-quality service.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin is valued to assist a multilingual clientele.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to assist with drug dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Proficiency in multiple languages including Malay, English or Mandarin.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drug dispensing by measuring, compounding, packaging and distributing medications.
• Gather and enter customer information in the computer system.
• Prepare and package prescriptions after pharmacist consultation.
• Maintain prescription and inventory record-keeping systems.
• Maintain proper medicine storage and security.
• Place and receive orders for stock to maintain inventory.
