EAGLE CLIFFE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing across our pharmacy outlets. You will source suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate terms and issue Purchase Orders while tracking delivery and stock levels.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance to ensure product availability and pricing aligned with margin targets.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in purchasing, supply chain, business or pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years relevant purchasing experience, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG or retail.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and supplier-management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory, POS or ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end purchasing: sourcing, quotations, negotiation, PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain stock availability while minimising overstock and stockouts.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, rebates, promotional support and returns.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and order fulfilment.
• Review stock movement and purchasing requirements for all outlets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance and Merchandising.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, short supplies, damaged goods and discrepancies.
• Monitor near-expiry stock and coordinate RTS, stock transfers or promotions.
• Ensure pricing remains competitive within company margins.
• Source new products and suppliers based on market demand.
