Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field and related working experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applying AI for efficiency.
• Experience in an administrative role supporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility maintenance, including laboratory equipment upkeep, environmental monitoring, and inventory management.
• Ensure calculations and formulations are verified by supervising pharmacists, following SOPs and safety policies.
• Handle packaging and labelling of compounded products, with documentation for pharmacist verification.
• Provide administrative support for daily operations.
• Deliver customer service by responding to enquiries and coordinating orders.
• Organise and prioritise multiple responsibilities; work collaboratively and independently.
• Utilise Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
