Job summary

A pharmaceutical company in Shah Alam is looking for a warehouse associate. Responsibilities
  1. Separate the picking list according to the racking/delivery address.
  2. Scan the product to ensure the quantity, batch number, and expiry dates are correct, then separate the products into other trolleys or areas to avoid incorrect items being delivered.
  3. Generate invoices and invoice listings after scanning processes are completed and signed.
  4. Ensure fragile items are properly packed: use bubble cushioning, wrap the item in a layer or two of bubble wrap and secure it with packing tape; fill the empty spaces between it and the box to protect the items from damage.
  5. Prepare a stock count planner, conduct a weekly stock count, and ensure the stock count is performed as per the planned schedule.
  6. Submit the weekly stock count sheet to your supervisor/head of warehouse for verification.
  7. Submit the near-miss report on a monthly basis before the 15th of the following month.
  8. Ensure all control items are tallied by conducting a physical check once a week.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
