Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is hiring for a frontline role in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist customers, provide product information, and help with product selection. Training will be provided to ensure understanding of store procedures and health-and-beauty retail standards.

You will also handle pricing displays, promotions, and POS transactions, while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory controls. A supportive team environment is offered.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information, help them find items, and advise on selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implement FEFO and FIFO for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries properly, assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, refer to pharmacy staff when needed.
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the register with receipts.
