Job summary

Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Pharmacist to dispense medications, provide consultations, and counsel patients. The role also involves working with the branch manager to ensure smooth retail operations and to support the specialty pharmacy through compounding.

The first Alpro Pharmacy was started on 1st Feb 2002 when Ph Low Swee Siong and his partner Ph Hiew Fei Tsong decided to venture in the pharmacy business after completing their compulsory pharmacy service in a local hospital. In a series of jobs with Kuala Lumpur's leading pharmacies, Ph Low grew increasingly knowledgeable and greatly dissatisfied with what he saw as old-fashioned, product price oriented and complacent methods of running a pharmacy store. Where was the desire to provide superb customer service?

2010S A DECADE OF GROWTH...

With an emphasis on individualized pharmaceutical care and superior customer service, Alpro prospered and expanded, opening locations throughout Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Penang. In 2011, Alpro consolidated its status by setting up its Head Quarter in Sendayan Techvalley (previously in Port Dickson) comprising of 5 major departments (Operation, Finance, Merchandise, Marketing and Warehouse-Logistic). Supported by strong management team and people with relevant knowledge & experiences, Alpro Pharmacy managed to open successfully more than 100 outlets currently.

Alpro Pharmacy is now the largest independent pharmacy chain in Negeri Sembilan. This pharmacy has pioneered a new standard of service which its competitors ought to follow monthly. Training has been given to the staffs ranged from Health Advisor, Supervisor, Pharmacist Assistant, Nutritionist, Dietitian, Pharmacist, and Branch Manager, to provide professional and personalized pharmacy care to each of their customers.
