Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy SDN BHD is seeking a motivated retail associate to join our expanding network. You will provide excellent customer service, handle cash and card payments, assist in merchandising, maintain stock levels, and ensure a clean, welcoming outlet environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with related experience will be considered advantageous. You will work in a rotational shift schedule with training provided and opportunities for progression as we grow across

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Interact with customers, answer enquiries and build relationships.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Assist in merchandising products and maintain stock levels.
• Create a clean, tidy, and well-organized display to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
• Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.

Provide good customers service to customers

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
