Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated full-time team member in Malaysia to deliver excellent customer service, support merchandising, and manage cashiering duties as part of a busy outlet network.

The role involves assisting customers, maintaining clean displays, handling admin tasks, and contributing to a friendly shopping environment while undergoing training and growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers
• Interact with customers, answer enquiries and build relationships
• Cashiering - process cash and card payments
• Assist in merchandising products and maintain stock levels
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment with clean, tidy, and well organized displays
• Handle administration work and any other ad hoc tasks

Job description

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
