Health Lane Family Pharmacy Sdn Bhd, a growing pharmacy chain with over 30 years of experience and more than 250 outlets, is hiring a full-time Retail Assistant. You will provide excellent customer service, handle cashiering, assist merchandising, maintain stock levels, and support admin tasks.

Rotational shifts and performance bonuses are offered. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage, and opportunities for promotion are available as the chain continues to expand across Klang

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate friendly; candidates with related experience have advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Assist in product merchandising and maintain stock levels.
• Create a clean, tidy and inviting store environment.
• Support administration tasks and other ad hoc duties.
• Work with rotating shifts and participate in promotions/bonuses.

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
