Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is a growing chain with 30+ years of experience and 250+ outlets. We are hiring full-time staff to deliver excellent customer service, manage cashiering, assist in merchandising, and maintain stock and store presentation. Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates have an advantage.

Rotational shifts apply, with benefits including training, insurance, staff purchase discounts, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and answer enquiries to build relationships.
• Handle cashiering and process cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain complete stock levels.
• Keep the outlet clean, tidy and well-organized display.
• Handle administration work and other ad hoc tasks as required.
• Work on rotational shifts.

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
