Job summary

Hovid is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to lead operations, maintenance, compliance and continuous improvement of our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Chemor. You will ensure HVAC, cleanrooms, water systems and plant utilities operate safely and efficiently in line with cGMP and approved specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in facilities, utilities, engineering or maintenance management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing pharmaceutical facilities and critical clean utility systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and cleanroom systems, pharmaceutical water systems, compressed air, chillers, boilers, electrical systems, standby generators, BMS and EMS.
• Understanding of cGMP, qualification, validation, change control, deviation investigation, CAPA and data integrity.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections, customer audits or internal quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmaceutical facility operations and critical utility systems.
• Ensure reliable performance of HVAC, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical water, compressed air and plant utility systems.
• Drive preventive maintenance, facility reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Support cGMP, validation, qualification, audits and inspection readiness.
• Lead facility improvement projects, utility upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage contractors and technical service providers.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Facility team supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
