Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination with operation teams, and development of standardized practices. A minimum 6 years in industrial facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in industrial facilities engineering or plant facilities experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards of practice.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facilities projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure improvements.
• Prepare management reports on project status, expenditures and variances.
