ExxonMobil Malaysia is seeking an experienced Petroleum/Production Engineer with 5+ years in oil and gas to join our operations team on-site in Malaysia. The role requires expertise in inflow/outflow modeling, well testing, network modeling, and production optimization, with hands-on use of industry tools such as IPM, OLGA and Hysys.

Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration are essential for success. Preferred candidates will have field experience, data visualization skills (Power BI/SeeQ)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in petroleum/chemical/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas focusing on Petroleum, Production or Production Technology.
• Operational experience in inflow/outflow/flowline modeling, well testing and allocation, network modeling, and stimulation tech.
• Hands-on with proprietary or vendor engineering analysis tools.
• Demonstrated analytical, time management, communication, teamwork and change leadership.
• Preference for field/operations leadership; experience with IPM, OFM, OLGA, Hysys; data viz tools and scripting (Python).
