• Conduct surveillance of production and injection systems, validate data, and develop optimized plans with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, support non-routine operations, and plan data collection.
• Create and use models to quantify system potential and identify optimization opportunities.
• Apply economic analysis to evaluate optimization opportunities and prioritize by value.
• Adopt lean mindset to identify and implement efficiency opportunities in costs, practices and processes.
• Identify and deliver technology solutions to meet business needs, benchmarking practices to prioritize.
• Build relationships with partners, vendors and third parties as required.
