You will address customer concerns professionally, contribute to staff training, and maintain punctuality and reliability while communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

• Proven ability to handle cash and prepare daily reports.

• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, with basic English.

• Able to maintain safety standards and SOP compliance.
