Job summary

BTS Land Capital Sdn Bhd via its associate company seeks an experienced Station Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of BHPetrol Batu Caves. Strong leadership, integrity and attention to HSSE, retail and fuel-handling are essential.

You will oversee station operations, drive monthly sales targets for MOGAS and Diesel, manage cash, and ensure rigorous compliance with HSSE standards, SOPs and vendor relations. Attractive remuneration and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Petrol Station Manager or in an equivalent petrol station management role.
• Strong leadership, operational, cash-control, retail, HSSE and administrative capabilities.
• Candidates with BHPetrol experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the station, forecourt and convenience shop.
• Drive and achieve the station's monthly fuel sales targets for both MOGAS and Diesel.
• Lead and manage supervisors, forecourt and shop staff, including rosters, leave planning, performance appraisals and staff development.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation, operational records, fuel meter readings, banking arrangements and online payment preparation for management approval.
• Ensure full compliance with BHPetrol HSSE standards, SOPs, HIRARC requirements and safe tanker receiving / fuel-handling procedures.
• Manage shop suppliers, stock intake, planograms, product availability, expiry control and quarterly stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with e-Invoice requirements and maintain accurate financial, operational, HR and compliance documentation.
• Maintain BHPetrol operational, marketing, merchandising and customer-service standards, with a target of consistently achieving above 90% for quarterly Mystery Shopper assessments and strong Elite Programme performance.
• Monitor BHPetrol communications and digital platforms and implement required campaigns, instructions and corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate station maintenance, essential purchases and other administrative or ad-hoc operational requirements.
• Maintain professional communication and liaison with BHPetrol, the Territory Manager, suppliers and internal management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Petrol Station Manager or in an equivalent petrol station management role. Previous BHPetrol experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong leadership, operational, cash-control, retail, HSSE and administrative capabilities and a strong drive to achieve targets.

Training

The selected Station Manager will be provided with BHPetrol New Retailer / refresher training covering current operating procedures, HSSE standards, digital platforms, marketing requirements and performance expectations.

Remuneration & Benefits

RM6,250 - RM7,650 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
