Job summary

Syarikat Sukau Smart Stesen & Mini Smart Market in Sukau, Sabah invites a reliable Petrol Station Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, inventory, and customer service. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and safe, compliant practices.

You will ensure fuel sales, monitor inventory, maintain records, and oversee routine maintenance while handling cash reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fuel station operations or retail management.
• Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanics or business management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (English or local dialects an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of fuel pump systems and safety procedures.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be based in Sukau and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the petrol station, including retail petrol/diesel sales and customer service.
• Supervise station staff and ensure roles are carried out efficiently.
• Monitor fuel inventory and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and banking.
• Oversee maintenance of pumps and equipment; coordinate major repairs with contractors.
• Maintain records of fuel deliveries, sales, expenses, and daily operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper signage at the station.
