Job summary

INTEGRATED GREEN CYCLE SDN BHD in Klang Valley is seeking a hands-on quality and maintenance-focused professional for a PET strap manufacturing environment. You will inspect raw materials, monitor machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and support warehouse tasks to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–3 years in related production, a diploma or certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Relevant experience in production supervision and machine troubleshooting.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials and verify material quality according to company specifications.
• Record test results and report any quality issues.
• Ensure only approved materials are used in production.
• Perform hourly machine inspections according to the checklist.
• Monitor machine temperature, pressure, and operating conditions.
• Report and assist in troubleshooting machine problems.
• Adjust machine settings when required to maintain product quality.
• Monitor finished Polyester Straps (PET Straps) quality during production.
• Check product specifications such as width, thickness, weight, appearance, and strength.
• Verify products against delivery orders before shipment and assist in stock control and inventory management.
