Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad seeks a Personal Wealth Manager for the Southern Region (Johor) to deliver holistic banking solutions and premium wealth advisory. You will collaborate with wealth specialists regionally, engage customers at events, and promote Personal/Premier Banking offerings.

Candidates should have a diploma or higher with sales/service experience, and possess relevant financial certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 1 year in sales or service in financial/services.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Licensing and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop holistic banking solutions to customers.
• Offer professional wealth advice with regional panel support.
• Be a personal and premier banking advocate and acquire new customers.
• Drive service quality and customer relationship growth.
• Ensure compliance with documentary and process requirements and timely reporting.
