Job summary

You will identify customer needs, recommend deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance, handle inquiries, and ensure compliant service while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within banking or financial services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with client rapport building.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new individual customers and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance.
• Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately while complying with bank policies.
• Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver excellent service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for banking products and services.
• Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell and provide holistic solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AML and KYC requirements.
