Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in understanding customers' financial needs and providing timely information, advice and recommendations to fit banking requirements.
• Secure sales and cross-sell our consumer banking and investment products including insurance, structured deposits and unit trusts.
• Deepen relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure advisory procedures and meticulous documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise the bank's branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
