Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable UOB products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide personalized financial planning advice to individual customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement and exceptional service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products and services.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and UOB product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and cross-selling opportunities.
• Adhere to all compliance, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.
