Job summary

AFFIN Group is seeking a Branch Sales Executive at Genting Highlands to drive lending and banking product sales while delivering exceptional service. You will manage customer inquiries, assess applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also execute promotional campaigns, cross-sell wealth and protection products, and support training initiatives. A diploma or degree plus at least two years in banking sales is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing for banking products.
• Possess relevant product licenses is an advantage.
• Possess strong sales and marketing acumen.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets for loans, deposits and cards.
• Scrutinize customers and applications to prevent fraud and losses.
• Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries.
