RHB Banking Group is hiring a Personal Financial Consultant (PFC) for the Mentakab branch to help customers make sound financial decisions and to provide tailored banking solutions. You will build relationships, identify needs, and promote a broad range of banking products while delivering exceptional advisory support.

The role emphasizes strong sales orientation, customer service excellence, and active participation in branch initiatives to grow the customer base and wallet share.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong passion for sales and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong drive for results.
• Possession of CUTE and/or Banca/Takaful licenses will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing strong customer relationships.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable financial solutions.
• Growing the bank's customer base through proactive sales and acquisition activities.
• Promoting a comprehensive range of banking products, including Wealth Management Solutions, CASA, Credit Cards, and Takaful & Insurance Solutions.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and advisory support.
• Participating in branch campaigns, roadshows, and sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
