Job summary

RHB Bank in Malaysia is seeking a proactive client advisor to grow its customer base and provide tailored financial planning. You will identify opportunities, explain investment, insurance, loans and other banking products, and align solutions with client goals.

With strong product knowledge and compliance, you will review portfolios, maintain relationships, collaborate across departments, and drive sales performance while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding RHB Bank's customer base.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual clients, including reviewing their current financial situation, risk tolerance, and future aspirations.
• Develop and present customized financial plans and solutions, including but not limited to investment products, insurance, loans, and other banking services, aligning with clients' objectives and RHB Bank's product offerings.
• Provide expert advice on wealth management, retirement planning, education funding, and estate planning.
• Regularly review and update clients' financial portfolios, ensuring they remain aligned with their evolving needs and market conditions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across RHB Bank's full range of financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other departments within RHB Bank to ensure a seamless client experience.
