The role requires flexibility, including weekends or overtime when needed, and adherence to safety and privacy standards. A valid license and clean record are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to provide safe, reliable transportation with confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO to meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, road tax renewal, and insurance when required.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with ad hoc errands, document collection, and deliveries as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's personal and business matters.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or overtime when required.
