CS Lee & Associates is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this role is pivotal in ensuring safe, punctual and courteous transportation services for our executives and key personnel. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and vehicle maintenance whilst providing seamless mobility solutions that enable our leadership team to focus on their core responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Operate assigned vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and company driving policies

Provide timely and professional transportation services to executives and designated personnel to meetings, events and appointments

Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing schedules and mechanical inspections

Plan and optimise routes to ensure punctual arrival whilst minimising travel time and fuel consumption

Maintain a professional demeanour and exercise discretion regarding confidential information and sensitive conversations

Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tyre pressure and lights

Communicate proactively with management regarding vehicle issues, delays or scheduling changes

Support outstation travel assignments (e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Singapore) when necessary.

Be available for overtime, weekend, and public holiday duties when business needs arise.

What we're looking for

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and proven experience as a professional driver

Strictly non-smoker

Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal driver or chauffeur role

Comprehensive knowledge of Johor Bahru and surrounding areas, with strong navigational skills

Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, punctuality and defensive driving techniques

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Reliability and consistency with a positive attitude towards work

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to identify mechanical issues

Flexibility to accommodate varied schedules and occasional overtime as required

Preferably fluent in English and Malay
