Job summary

GST MALAYSIA PLT in Penang is seeking a trusted HOC Driver to provide safe, timely transport for the HOC, executives, and guests. You will ensure vehicle readiness, maintain cleanliness, and comply with company policies.

The role requires standing-by for appointments and discreet handling of movements, with a focus on VIP customer service. You will perform daily vehicle checks, navigate local routes, and protect confidential information while remaining available for early mornings, late

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with clean record.
• 2–3 years driving experience, preferably VIP/executive.
• Familiar with local routes and traffic conditions.
• Punctual, discreet and professional.
• Flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the HOC to meetings, appointments, and engagements.
• Ensure punctual arrival for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Be on standby during working hours or as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily basic checks (fuel, tires, oil, and general condition).
• Follow all traffic rules and company driving policies.
• Drive responsibly and ensure passenger safety at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the HOC’s movements and information.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to transportation as assigned.

Job description

The HOC Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation services for company personnel, documents, and goods. The role also ensures proper vehicle maintenance and compliance with company transportation policies.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery

Provide safe and timely transportation for the HOC to meetings, appointments, and official engagements.

Ensure punctual arrival for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.

Be on standby during working hours or as instructed by the HOC.

Vehicle Care

Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.

Conduct daily basic checks (fuel, tires, oil, and general condition).

Ensure the vehicle is always ready for immediate use.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all traffic rules and company driving policies.

Drive responsibly and ensure passenger safety at all times.

Maintain confidentiality regarding the HOC’s movements and information.

General Duties

Perform other ad-hoc duties related to transportation as assigned by the HOC or management.

Requirements
