Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide transportation and support to the CEO in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires safety-conscious, punctual, discreet service with a focus on CEO comfort and security on every journey.

Responsibilities include planning routes, maintaining vehicle condition, and confidential handling of documents, with overtime as needed. Prior CEO-driver experience and a valid Malaysian license are essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving electric vehicles and eco-friendly cars.
• Familiar with routes in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Klang Valley.
• Proficient with GPS/navigation tools and English communication.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsive and highly disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Personal Driver to the CEO.
• Provide safe, punctual transportation for all engagements.
• Plan efficient routes using traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections for cleanliness and condition.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Dispatch and collect documents, parcels between offices.
• Safeguard confidential documents and items during transit.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all parties.
• Work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• - Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs when required.
• - Dispatch and collect documents, parcels and other items between offices or designated locations.
• - Safeguard confidential documents and items during transit.
• - Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with the CEO, employees and external parties.
• - Work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2) At least five years of experience as a personal or company driver.
• 3) Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• 4) Comfortable and experienced in driving electric vehicles.
• 5) Familiar with routes throughout Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the Klang Valley.
• 6) Confident in using GPS and navigation applications.
• 7) Able to communicate in English.
• 8) Honest, trustworthy, responsive, hardworking and highly disciplined.
• 9) Consistently punctual, responsible and dependable.
• 10) Flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Relevant background and driving-record checks may be conducted.
