XCOMM Solutions is seeking a reliable, responsible and professional Personal Driver for a full-time position based in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan.

The successful candidate will primarily provide personal driving services for the company Director/Management, including regular travel within Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Klang Valley and surrounding areas. The role requires a high level of punctuality, discretion, safety awareness and flexibility.

As this is a position of trust, applicants must have a clean background check record and a good driving record.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, reliable and punctual personal driving services for the Director/Management.
Drive regularly within Seremban, Klang Valley and surrounding areas, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and other locations when required.
Pick up and drop off the designated passenger and the family members according to daily schedules, appointments, meetings and personal requirements.
Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Be familiar with alternative routes between Seremban and Klang Valley, particularly during peak traffic periods.
Maintain a professional, courteous and discreet manner at all times.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the passenger's personal matters, business activities, meetings, conversations and destinations.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, presentable and ready for use at all times.
Conduct basic vehicle checks, including fuel level, tyres, fluids and general vehicle condition.
Monitor vehicle servicing, road tax, insurance and maintenance schedules and inform management when attention is required.
Ensure sufficient fuel and Touch 'n Go balance before scheduled journeys.
Assist with luggage, documents or personal belongings when necessary.
Maintain accurate mileage, fuel and vehicle-related records when required.
Follow all Malaysian road laws and company safety requirements.
Be available for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays or outstation travel when required.

Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably as a Personal Driver, Family Driver, Company Driver or Executive Driver.
Must have a clean driving record with no history of serious traffic offences, reckless driving or repeated traffic violations.
Must be willing to undergo a background check as part of the recruitment process.
Applicant must have a clean background check record and no criminal record that would affect suitability for a position of trust.
Good knowledge of roads and traffic conditions within Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and Klang Valley.
Comfortable with frequent driving between Seremban and Klang Valley.
Able to use Waze, Google Maps or other navigation applications confidently.
Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and disciplined.
Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
Able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
Must respect the privacy and confidentiality of the Director/Management and family members.
Flexible with working hours depending on the daily schedule.

Non-aggressive and patient driving behaviour is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a Personal Driver or Executive Driver.
